Hand-thrown porcelain batter bowl by R. Rising of Las Cruces, New Mexico. This mixing style bowl includes a nice quality wire whip with wood handle. Our batter bowls are made a trifle heavier to withstand heavy duty kitchen usage--on a par with restaurant grade wares. The colour shown here is called PACIFICA. Dishwasher safe, lead free. Approximately 8 1/4 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches deep. Fired to 2400F., footed and signed 'Rising, Las Cruces'.
