Return Policy:  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  First please contact us, info@potterycountry.com, and help us to understand exactly what the problem is.  If your item is not as described, please return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  We pack very well and insurance is optional, but this insurance covers damage during shippment.

Shipping:  We usually ship USPS Priority unless other is requested.  We will combine shipping so that you may purchase several items and only pay the cost of shipping which is usually much less costly.  For example we shipped six mugs in a Priority Flat Rate Box for less than $15.00.
