Shipping:  We usually ship USPS Priority unless other is requested.  We will combine shipping so that you may purchase several items and only pay the cost of shipping which is less than per item.    For example we shipped several mugs in a Priority Flat Rate Box for less than $15.00.  Insurance is included in the shipping cost. 

Return Policy:  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  First contact us, info@potterycountry.com, or call 239 643 0192 and help us to understand exactly what the problem is.  If your item is not as desired, please return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  We pack very well and insurance is included, during shippment.
